Specializing in Investment Sales
Evan specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail, industrial and office properties in Broward County and greater South Florida. He brings a data-driven and strategic approach to every transaction, leveraging market intelligence and investor insight to maximize value for his clients.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Evan was an Investment Sales Associate at CBRE, where he sold $29.5 million in commercial real estate in Broward and Palm Beach County, including retail, medical and professional office assets. Evan’s background blends entrepreneurial success with capital markets experience, giving him a strong foundation for advising clients on investment strategy, valuation, and deal structure.
Previously, Evan founded and scaled an international ecommerce brand, leading all aspects of operations, marketing and finance. He started his career in New York City as an equity capital markets investment banker, helping corporate clients raise equity capital in the public markets. He supported senior bankers with transaction origination, deal structure and execution, skills that deeply inform his work with local real estate investors and owners.
Evan holds both a Masters in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance from Tulane University in New Orleans. Based in Fort Lauderdale, he is actively engaged in the South Florida real estate community and committed to delivering exceptional results for his clients.
