Stephen DeMeo serves as Principal at Lee & Associates South Florida, specializing in Retail Leasing and Tenant Representation offering a wealth of experience exclusively representing national retail brands across New York and South Florida.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Steve had established and operated his own brokerage in upstate New York, following an illustrious decade-long tenure as one of the key members of Cushman & Wakefield's Upstate New York retail and industrial teams. In these roles, he served as a trusted advisor to both landlords and tenants, facilitating real estate transactions across New York State.

Steve's extensive history in exclusive tenant representation is evidenced by the substantial list of successfully negotiated deals on behalf of renowned national retailers such as Skechers, Duluth Trading Company, Hyatt Hotels, Home Depot, McDonald’s, Fallas, Morton’s Steakhouse, and many others. He has also collaborated closely with prominent regional retailers and landlord developers throughout Upstate New York into South Florida markets, further solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in the retail real estate landscape.

A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, Steve not only excelled academically but also demonstrated his leadership skills as a varsity lacrosse player for four years. Outside of work, he is an avid competitive amateur golfer and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). With his comprehensive industry knowledge, extensive client portfolio, and dedication to professional development, Steve is poised to drive success and facilitate growth for his clients.
