Biography
Brian Forde is an associate at Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC, a full service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Brian comes to Lee & Associates after 15+ years experience in the restaurant business. Brian is also a commercial real estate investor in income-producing short-term rentals, multi-family and land.
As an owner/operator of multiple restaurants, Brian has years of experience scouting retail locations, negotiating leases, and negotiating lease renewals. As a Regional Director for an international restaurant franchise chain, Brian has been a part of location scouting and lease negotiations all across the country, giving him a unique perspective and experience as a tenant representative. He is passionate about real estate investing, and devotes his career to serving and assisting clients who share that passion.
