Lee & Associates New Jersey Lands Sizeable Commercial Deals
ELMWOOD PARK, NJ – July 2016 Edison-based real estate firm Lee & Associates recently completed transactions involving diverse commercial properties in the area. Agents David Kelso and Carrie Distefano managed the sale of an 11,000 square-foot retail facility in Wall, at 3300 Highway 38.
This was an investment for the client, and the current tenant, The Learning Experience, will remain at that location. This successful childcare franchise has locations all over the state, serving and educating children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. “This is a great deal for the tenant as well as the buyer,” Kelso commented, “since it will cause no disruption in the facility’s operation.”
Another recent transaction managed by Lee & Associates occurred in South Brunswick, at 200 Docks Corner Road. This is a massive industrial property, totaling over 300,000 square feet. The new tenant is US Elogistics Service Corporation, which is involved in E-commerce.
Industrial agent Susan Bossow served as exclusive tenant representative in negotiating their lease for the space. Lee & Associates president Rich Marchisio is glad to see tenants like U.S. Elogistics moving into the area.
