First Transit Group Inks Lease Agreement at 896 Frelinghuysen Ave.
ELMWOOD PARK, NJ – October 2016 – Scott Deutchman, who joined Lee and Associates as Vice President in December 2014, recently announced the 7-year lease of 896 Frelinghuysen Avenue in Newark, New Jersey.
The deal, in which Lee & Associates represented First Transit Group out of Cincinnati, Ohio, encompasses more than 83,000 square feet and will serve as a depot for vehicles that transport individuals in the Essex & Union County districts in New Jersey —as First Transit is contracted with NJ Transit and a division of Greyhound Bus.
The owner of the property, CenterPoint Properties, is a leader in transportation-advantaged industrial real estate throughout the US, and is located in Oak Brook, Illinois. Larry Casey of Cushman & Wakefield represented CenterPoint.
