Sale of 12,550 SF Industrial Building at 84 Industrial Ave, Little Ferry
ELMWOOD PARK, NJ – June 2017 Lee & Associates has sold 84 Industrial Avenue, Little Ferry, NJ (12,550 SF Industrial Building) to Levest Electric Corp of Manhattan.
Levest was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Scott Deutchman and Troy Wisse of Lee & Associates handled the property for Pyramid Group of Ramsey. This transaction gave a mid-town New York company the ability to service their New York market and maintain a larger facility to accommodate a growing family business.
