This building sold for $750,000 to Manuel Labansat and Hortensia Solano on November 10, 2021.
Jodi Shoemake and Dan Bacani of Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased retail space at 111-165 E. Foothill Boulevard in Arcadia, CA. Representing the Landlord, Highlander Center LLC, this property was leased to the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, the largest girl leadership development organization in Southern California.
