Lee & Associates – Pasadena Successfully Leases Out Brunswick Court in Old Pasadena
August 2, 2023 (Pasadena, CA) – Lee & Associates – Pasadena Principals, Jodi Shoemake, Christopher Larimore, and Vincent Molitor, successfully leased the third floor of Brunswick Court in Old Pasadena at 4,335 square feet, including a 750 square foot exclusive rooftop deck. Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor represented the tenant. Jodi Shoemake represents the Landlord, Doheny Family Trust.
“As an established company in the gaming technology industry, our client was already operating in Pasadena but was extremely attracted to Brunswick’s Colorado Boulevard location, brand new construction and rooftop deck, a rare amenity in Old Pasadena”, explains Mr. Larimore.
Ms. Shoemake has been an integral part of the development and leasing team since 2019 when the historic building went under complete renovation and restoration. The entire ground floor is leased to Lucid Motors, an electric vehicle maker, under construction on a new showroom with the grand opening planned for December. With the remaining office floors fully leased, the Brunswick Court building is now 100% leased made possible by the tremendous efforts and local expertise of our Retail and Office Divisions at Lee & Associates – Pasadena.

The Brunswick court is 135 years old, a 3-story mixed-use building in the heart of Old Pasadena, that is being meticulously restored by the Doheny Family Trust. The building features prime visibility on Colorado Blvd., in Old Pasadena, along the Rose Parade route. Abbott Construction is leading the full restoration of the Brunswick building along with implementing the added rooftop deck. Kaplan Construction heads up the interior tenant improvements.
