OCEANSIDE, Calif.—January 25, 2016—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed the $2,250,000 sale of 18,000 SF of vacant land located one block from the Pacific Ocean in Oceanside, California. The property, which has an approved tentative map for 6 large rowhomes, is located at 1909 South Myers Street, in the St. Malo neighborhood and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Oceanside.
Matt Weaver, Al Apuzzo, and Patrick Miller of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the Seller, Cornerstone Communities. The buyer, KD Development, was represented by Marc Cicchetto.
