Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes Lease of New SD Brewery, Black Plague Brewing

OCEANSIDE, Calif.June 28, 2016—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed a lease on behalf of Black Plague Brewing, Oceanside’s newest brewery.

Black Plague will occupy a 12,945 square foot, free-standing building located at 2550 Jason Court within the Jason Court Business Park, on the east side of Oceanside between State Routes 76 and 78. The city, located along the Pacific Ocean, is no stranger to breweries with eight breweries currently in operation. North County’s rapid growth in the craft brewing industry has earned it the name “Hops Highway”.

Black Plague Brewing is intricately connected to professional skateboarding with seasoned expert Jordan Hoffart as “Director of Brand” and other industry related investors involved in the venture. Black Plague is scheduled to open in approximately six months (pending all licensures from ABC and TTB).

Monique Medley of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented Black Plague Brewery in the transaction. The landlord, Southwest Greene International, Inc. was represented by Bob Willingham of Kidder Matthews. The lease was valued at approximately $724,000.
