Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $7.05 Million Sale of Industrial Warehouse in Oceanside

Oceanside, Calif.—July 5, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $7,050,000 sale of a freestanding industrial warehouse building located at 3728 Maritime Way in Oceanside, California. The 54,090 square-foot warehouse facility, built in 2010, features 7,900 square feet of office space, two dock doors, and four grade-level doors.

At the time of sale, the building was fully occupied by Amerillum Corporation, a manufacturer of energy efficient, state-of-the-art, fluorescent lighting fixtures and retrofit conversion kits. Amerillum Corporation has operated their main headquarters from the location since having the building constructed for them in 2010.

Rusty Williams, SIOR and Chris Roth, principals of Lee & Associates North San Diego County, represented the seller, LTG Holdings and the buyer, RFT Management Development Company, in the transaction.

“This was an ideal investment opportunity for RFT Management because of the long term lease and the financial strength of the tenant,” explained Williams. “The property was not being marketed for sale, but the timing worked out well for the buyer and seller.”
