Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $2.9 Million Sale of Industrial Building in Carlsbad

Carlsbad, Calif.—December 12, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $2,900,000 sale of a freestanding industrial building located at 1959 Kellogg Avenue in Carlsbad, California. The 21,415 square-foot industrial/ flex facility features a ground-level loading door, ocean view offices on the second floor, and is 100% climate controlled.

Rusty Williams, SIOR and Chris Roth of Lee & Associates, North San Diego County represented the seller, Kellogg, LLC, and the buyer, TLR Properties. TLR Properties, an investor, purchased the property with plans to renovate the building and put it on the market for lease.

“In the past few months, we had several offers on this building from investors,” said Williams. “The seller selected a buyer who was able to pay cash for the building and close quickly. Once renovated this building will be placed on the market for lease.”
