Carlsbad, Calif.—April 6, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $2,584,826 acquisition of an industrial building located at 1989 Palomar Oaks Way in Carlsbad. The 19,601 square-foot industrial flex building is highly improved and includes 5,000 square-feet of warehouse. The freestanding building is situated on approximately one acre with two additional parking lots.

Jeff Abramson of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the buyer, Bemer USA, in the transaction. The seller, RM-USE, LLC, was represented by Brent Bohlken of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

“This is an excellent acquisition opportunity for Bemer USA,” explained Abramson. “Located in western Carlsbad, the building offers a great corporate identity. This will be their North American corporate headquarters."

 Additional features of the building include an extensive glass line, 100% HVAC, and two grade level loading doors.
