Lee & Associates completed the sale of an Oceanside industrial building for $8.5 million.

Built in 2006, the 54,670 square foot building at 1825 Corporate Drive is within the Ocean Ranch Industrial Park, a more than 400-acre master planned development.

The building is leased to Balda C. Brewer, which makes plastic molds used in medical devices and other products. The company will continue to lease the building.

Rusty Williams, SIOR and Chris Roth of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, EXP 1825 Corporate, LLC of Los Angeles; and the seller, HK Advisors, LLC of Bellingham, Washington.
