Carlsbad CA – August 12, 2021 - Lee & Associates, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, announces the sale of a 31-acre development within the Bedford Specific Plan in Corona, CA.  The sale was brokered by the Lee Land Team consisting of Matt Weaver and Al Apuzzo.

The property consists of 17.4 acres that allows for approximately 125 dwelling units with various densities within the specific plan and 11.1 acres in open space.

The site was formerly farmed for decades.  “The transaction took much longer than we originally anticipated but many challenges were finally overcome,” said Matt Weaver of Lee & Associates.  “The Bedford master plan is experiencing excellent sales in existing planning areas being built out and the proximity of this property to that gives it an ideal location,” said Weaver.

Although in escrow for an extended period of time, the property sold for $6,250,000 to Arantine Hills Holdings LP.  The Seller was a private family.
