MIAMI, FL – April 30, 2026 – Principal with Lee & Associates South Florida, William Domsky, was named a finalist for Industrial Lease of the Year in NAIOP South Florida’s 2026 Awards of Excellence for his role in representing GOFO Express, Inc. in a 176,348-square-foot industrial lease at Blue Lagoon 2, 6703 NW 7th Street in Miami, Florida.
Domsky collaborated on the transaction with Michael Lee of Lee & Associates’ Industry, California office, showcasing the strength of Lee & Associates’ national platform and the ability of brokers across markets to work together on behalf of clients with expanding real estate requirements.
