William Domsky, a Principal at Lee & Associates, maintains a focus in industrial and office disciplines throughout South Florida. Mr. Domsky has over 15 years’ experience in the areas of leasing and sales negotiation, investment analysis, portfolio underwriting and project development. He has represented both property owners and tenants in commercial sale and lease transactions and his well-rounded background provides a complete understanding of all sides of any transaction. Clients benefit from his thorough knowledge of both parties’ perspectives which he applies to analyzing and negotiating each transaction. Bill specializes in helping to navigate the real estate needs of each client to align with their business plans.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates South Florida, William Domsky served at CBRE, Inc. as a corporate real estate advisory service and experienced tenant representation professional.  During his tenure at CBRE, Inc. Bill has completed hundreds of industrial and office lease transactions in excess of 5 million square feet, building sales ranging in value up to $47 Million throughout the outer boroughs of New York and Long Island markets, and has represented several corporate clients on a global basis. Mr. Domsky has worked with Real Estate Strategies, Ltd having handled the leasing for over 25 buildings throughout Long Island, NY and completing over 50 transactions in the time spent there.

Before his career in real estate, William served as a Media Executive in broadcast television generating revenue for television stations and online channels on a national level for Fox Television, Sirius Satellite Radio, and Katz Media. Mr. Domsky managed key accounts such as General Motors, Nike, and Verizon. He specialized in creating alternative revenue streams using cross-platform packages, local promotions and selling sports packages. William’s success is complimented with a strong analytical background.

William Domsky’s enhanced knowledge in corporate real estate with prior training in consulting, financial analysis, and property management, coupled with his overall experience, has given him a diverse foundation to navigate the most complex real estate transactions on behalf of his clients. As a leader known for his creativity, he has an unrivaled reputation in the industry to complete difficult transactions implementing a strategic approach to the decision making process working with Tenants and Landlords on Lease Negotiations, Site Acquisitions, Multi-market locations, management of real estate portfolios, and reducing occupancy costs.
