Greg Milopoulos is a Principal at Lee & Associates South Florida, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and strategic positioning of industrial and commercial assets throughout South Florida and across the United States. Recognized as a 2025 GlobeSt.com Industrial Influencer, Greg brings more than 20 years of experience in brokerage and development within the South Florida market. He advises private investors, institutional owners, and owner-users on maximizing value at every stage of the investment lifecycle.
Over the course of his brokerage career, Greg has been involved in the leasing and sale of more than one million square feet of commercial real estate. His expertise includes sourcing off-market opportunities, structuring complex transactions, and uncovering value through repositioning and redevelopment.
What truly differentiates Greg is his foundation in construction, including his experience as a licensed General Contractor. Prior to transitioning into brokerage, he spent more than 25 years working in his family’s construction business before launching his own company to better serve the needs of his real estate clients. This background provides him with a unique, hands-on understanding of building systems, development costs, and project feasibility, allowing him to identify opportunities and mitigate risks that others may overlook.
