Dea is a multifamily specialist with 15 years of leadership and coaching experience and a strong record of completing 67 multifamily transactions in five years, focusing on 5–50 unit assets across the Seattle market.

Her foundation in discipline and high performance was built as a two-time NCAA All-American scholar-athlete on the University of Washington Women’s Tennis Team and as a former top-20 world-ranked junior representing Indonesia on the Fed Cup Team. These experiences shaped her exceptional work ethic, resilience, and competitive focus, all of which define her approach in commercial real estate.

She is known for her market expertise, strategic guidance, and a communication style that is both empathetic and decisive.
