Mason joined Lee & Associates in 2018 and is a member of Northwest Logistics Advisors team, specializing in Industrial Real Estate. After ten years of sales and management experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and food service industries, His varied experience provides holistic strategies for addressing land acquisition, site development, and operational effectiveness.

At age 17 Mason became one of the youngest people in state history to complete the Washington State Brokerage Training Courses, and his decision to pursue commercial real estate full time fulfills one of his long-term personal goals. A life-long resident of Kirkland, Mason and his wife Leah met in the first grade. Parents to very active twin toddlers, they enjoy traveling to sunny places, spending time with family and friends, wine tasting, and cheering on the WSU Cougars and local Seattle sports teams.
