Specializing in Retail & Investment
Michael joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services after commencing and building his career at CBRE. Over the past five years, he has specialized in the leasing, acquisition, and sales of properties throughout Tacoma and the greater Southend market.
He is a proud graduate of the University of Washington Milgard School of Business. Prior to starting his commercial real estate career, he worked in the internet sales division of Poulsbo RV, a mobile home dealership. Michael has a lifetime of experience working as an account manager for G & K Ota Family LLC, his family’s property management and development company. That experience instilled a love and commitment to building his career in commercial property management and sales industry.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Washington Real Estate Brokers License.
