SANTA MARIA, Calif.—February 21, 2017—Lee & Associates has completed a 12,240 square foot lease for an industrial/warehouse property located at 939 W. Boone Street in Santa Maria.
Senior Associate, Tom Davidson with the Los Olivos office represented the Landlord in negotiating a lease with Oxnard based, AG RX, a supplier of traditional and organic crop protection and nutrient products.
