Clarice Clarke is the current President of Lee & Associates – Central Coast.  She relies on significant experience and expertise in both sales and leasing of almost every category of commercial real estate. Mrs. Clarke is extremely attentive to detail and is very effective in diligently covering all aspects of a sale or lease transaction. Mrs. Clarke has been a significant figure in the Santa Barbara commercial real estate community since 1989 when she managed a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate for The Towbes Group. She established her reputation as a creative problem solving broker who delivers outstanding results for her clients. Her diverse background in retail, office, investment and land sale transactions has given her a unique and broad real estate experience and the ability to assist clients in most any area of their real estate portfolio. Bio

Steve Leider has maintained a reputation as the Tri-County’s preeminent commercial agent for large-scale retail representation for many years. As a result, Steve has been directly involved in virtually every major retail project from Oxnard to Paso Robles in the last several years. Steve brings nearly 20 years of Santa Barbara-based commercial real estate experience to the Lee & Associates team, as well as the expertise necessary to handle all of the complexities of these large retail transactions from land acquisition to lease-up to sale. Steve also focuses his energies on investment properties, having assisted his clients in the acquisition and sales of some of the largest investment deals in the Santa Barbara region.

Steve took his entrepreneurial leap in 1996, when he founded Leider Commercial Real Estate, the predecessor to what became the Leider Group. This move allowed him to focus on more personalized, efficient, and effective client service. Able to concentrate on the true needs of his clients, Steve continued to solidify his position as an industry leader in the entitlements of commercial development, tenant representation, and investment sales across the entire Tri-County region. Bio

Christi Vior has been involved in real estate for over 25 years, not only in Santa Barbara, but, Ventura, Santa Rosa and San Luis Obispo Counties. She explains, “Before I could even graduate from college I was involved in promoting properties, both residential and commercial for other agents as a summer job. From that summer job, I got my real estate license and never looked back.” Her career started in leasing small office and retail spaces in Santa Barbara, but, soon expanded into working with developers and landlords selling and leasing properties from the ground up in both residential and commercial projects.

Rob Adams is a licensed California Real Estate Agent,  CCIM designee, and a graduate of the University of Arizona. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties, as well as the sale of investment and multi-family properties throughout Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.

Adams began his commercial real estate career in 2001, after moving to Santa Barbara from Los Angeles.  Rob started working for Radius Group Commercial Real Estate, where he gained valuable experience in the local commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Radius Group, Rob was a record setting sales rep in Los Angeles, selling high-volume copiers and printers for Oce-USA. Among his accomplishments was being awarded the Southern California Region Salesperson of the Year for 1999, and 1998.

During the improving real estate cycle, Rob moved on to pursue his entrepreneurial dream in 2004, creating his own residential building company in his hometown of Tucson, Arizona. Experiencing both the robust economic years as well as the downturn that followed, pushed Rob to refine his ever-growing skillset and encouraged him to become a champion of creative ideas, and outside the box thinking.

Adams returned to his passion of commercial real estate, joining the Santa Barbara office of Lee & Associates in 2015. Natalie Wagner is a Broker Associate in the Santa Barbara office of Lee & Associates – Central Coast. Paul Davies is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, with over 14 years of extensive national exposure in Office & Industrial, redevelopment and corporate housing service real estate.  Paul, a California native, graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and launched his real estate career in 2002. Tom graduated with honors from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He spent the next 10 years in the aerospace industry working on a variety of missile launch and satellite communications projects, which included several launches from Vandenberg AFB. During this time he began investing in real estate and ultimately transitioned full time into the real estate industry.

Bio

Mr. Segal is spearheading brokerage services for the Los Olivos Office; he is a leading industrial warehouse & investment expert. For more than 40 years, Al has carved out a niche as an expert in investment banking, securities, and commercial real estate brokerage and development. Mr. Segal started his brokerage career with The Klabin Company in 1973, and became one of their top brokers within a very short time. The Klabin Company, a boutique industrial firm, produced some of the top professionals in the industry. Prior to this time, Al trained on Wall Street as an investment banker with Smith, Barney & Company, and remained in the investment banking industry for more than a decade.

After joining the staff with Collins Commercial in 1984, Al brought a deal to Prologis, the largest industrial REIT, to purchase 53 acres of land in Anaheim from Northrop to construct a 670,000 square foot building for his client, who signed a 10-year lease. Aside from participating in commission on the land purchase and build-to-suit, Al received an exclusive to represent Prologis on 500,000 square feet of spec buildings which he subsequently leased. This deal was one of the largest in Orange County over the span of several years, and was referenced in newspapers as being the turning point of the recession in the early 90’s.

Marty is a Principal with Lee Central Coast. Prior to moving to San Luis Obispo, he was an agent with the Lee & Associates in their City of Industry office where he had the opportunity to work with the firm’s founder Bill Lee. Marty was recruited by lee while he was an agent for Grubb & Ellis’s South Bay office in Southern California. Marty has primarily specialized in office and industrial leasing and sales. In addition, he has been involved in various investment transactions. He has brokered over $60 million in sales in the recent past.

Marty loves the Central Coast and enjoys being part of Lee and the team oriented atmosphere of the firm. When not attending the real estate business, Marty serves on the Board of the San Luis Obispo Classical Academy. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife Denise and three sons.

Bio

Jeff Allen has 18 years of commercial real estate experience and has brokered more than 1,000 lease transactions.  Mr. Allen specializes in institutional investment sales, office, industrial and retail leasing, and value optimization.

Prior to joining Lee, Jeff was a General Manager for several public and private companies including Transwestern, RREEF Management & Spieker Properties, where he was responsible for the leasing and management of 17 million square-feet. He represented clients such as AEW, Deutsche Bank, JLL, CBRE, Morgan Stanley, Spieker Properties, TIAA-CREF, LNR and NBCUniversal. He also was the recipient of several awards for his work, including Most Deals Done in the Western Region and 4th in customer service within the United States.
