LOMPOC, Calif.—April 4, 2018—A 81,687 SF industrial building on more than eight acres of land located at 1017 West Central Avenue in Lompoc, California was sold for $6.150 million. DenMat, which employs nearly 400 workers and currently occupies the entire property, has also signed a five-year extension for what is the company’s headquarters and major manufacturing operations.

Tom Davidson of Lee & Associates Los Olivos, represented the seller, Fagerdala USA – Lompoc, and DenMat in its lease extension. The buyer is a local investor.

“There is excess land and a tentative parcel map has been approved which would create an additional 1.83-acre parcel,” said Davidson. There are designs for an additional 30,000-SF industrial building on this site.

Since 1974, DenMat has been a leader in high-quality dental products for dental professionals in more than 60 countries around the world. DenMat makes and assembles most of its products at its world headquarters in Lompoc and is one of the city’s largest employers.

Lee & Associates also represents current tenant DenMat in its long-term lease extension.
