Lee & Associates – Houston Arranges Corsa Coal Corporate Office Relocation in Pennsylvania

NOVEMBER 27, 2017 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, represented Corsa Coal Corp. (TSXV: CSO) in a 9,254-square-foot office headquarter relocation to the J. Barry Center, 4600 Barry Court, in the Southpointe district of Canonsburg, PA.

Corsa Coal, a metallurgical coal producer that serves the global steel industry, is doubling its office space as it plans for continued growth since tripling its sales volumes of metallurgical coal in 2017 as compared to 2016 levels. In the last 12 months, Corsa Coal has added over 100 employees to its Pennsylvania operations and the Corporate office outgrew its previous space.

Corsa Coal operates a total of eight mines, four underground mines and four surface mines, and will sell approximately 1.7 million tons of metallurgical coal to steelmaking customers all over the world in 2017.
