Four Lee & Associates – Houston Principals Named Houston Business Journal’s 2018 Heavy Hitters

APRIL 12, 2018 (HOUSTON) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nation-wide leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce four brokers have been named finalists in Houston Business Journal’s 2018 Heavy Hitters.

Mike Spears, SIOR, CCIM, managing principal, was named in the industrial sector, and Taylor Schmidt, SIOR, CCIM, principal, Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM, principal, and Patrick Wolford, SIOR, CCIM, principal, were named in the land sector.

Every year, the Houston Business Journal recognizes the city’s top commercial real estate brokers based on their gross dollar volume of deals completed from the previous years. Collectively, all four brokers represented more than $186 million in commercial real estate transactions in the greater Houston area.

The list is split into the six sectors of commercial real estate – office, tenant, office landlord, industrial, retail, land and investment – and the brokers are listed alphabetically. The broker rankings for each sector will be revealed at the Heavy Hitters reception on May 10 at the Wynden on Post Oak.
