The Lee & Associates – Houston office has added Brad Kilbride as a director, who specializes in representation for regional and national retailers and project leasing throughout the greater Houston market. Kilbride also serves as a master broker for several high-profile retailers and restaurants. Brad will be working alongside Lee & Associate’s retail head, Grant Walker, who was acquired late in 2019 to launch the Houston retail team.

The Houston team has also added Anthony Fera and Stuart Peterson as associates. Fera specializes in the office sector of the Houston commercial real estate market, guiding his clients through lease negotiations, renewals, expansions and relocations by using his market knowledge to bring maximum value to his clients. Peterson specializes in industrial and land brokerage services in the Greater Houston area, with a focus on leasing, representation and development consulting.

Lee & Associates – Houston experienced another year of tremendous success in 2019. The firm is on a steady pace with the previous calendar year of 2018, which ended in nearly $1 billion dollars in total transaction consideration.
