HOUSTON, TEXAS – April 15, 2026 – Lee & Associates is pleased to announce it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for West8 Tower, a Class A office property located at 10205 Westheimer in Houston’s Westchase submarket.

The assignment will be led by Wade Bowlin, Executive Vice President, and Blaine Sinclair, Director, who will oversee leasing efforts for the 261,471-square-foot office tower.

West8 Tower offers a range of available suites from small suites square feet up to 68,000+ square feet, providing flexibility for a wide range of users. The 11-story building features a under construction, high-end lobby and common areas with polished marble and granite finishes, along with a strong amenity package that includes a conference facility, fitness center, and on-site property management.
