With 20 years of experience and over 7 million square feet of Class A & B office assets managed, Chase Crawford brings deep expertise in portfolio growth, team leadership, and tenant relations to Lee & Associates – Houston. Before joining Lee & Associates, he served as Principal of Calico Commercial Real Estate and General Manager at Granite Properties, where he increased portfolio value by $66 million and led a successful 800,000 sq. ft. repositioning effort.

Chase’s leadership and dedication have earned him multiple honors, including IREM CPM of the Year, BOMA TOBY, Granite’s Exceeding Expectations, Stream Realty’s CORE, and REDNews Property Management Company of the Year (2023).

As Senior Property Manager, Chase's key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, ensuring lease compliance, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining strong tenant relations. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him a vital asset to both his team and the properties under his care.

Outside of work, Chase enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his wife Carol, their daughters Camille, Claire, and Cate, and cheering on Houston and Texas Tech sports.
