Wade Bowlin is an Executive Vice President at Lee & Associates – Houston, where he specializes in office landlord representation. With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Wade plays a key leadership role in supporting brokerage, property management, and construction services while helping drive strategic business planning across the firm’s Texas operations.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Wade served as Principal and Managing Director for Avison Young’s Houston office, where he was responsible for managing brokerage services throughout Texas. In this role, he provided critical leadership and support to sales and leasing teams, property management, and construction services, while coordinating firmwide business initiatives.

Previously, Wade was President of Madison Marquette’s Property Services Central Division, where he led project leasing, property management, and investment sales efforts. He supported leasing, property and construction management initiatives, new business development, and client relations for a diverse portfolio of office, retail, medical, and industrial properties totaling more than 51 million square feet.

Wade began his commercial real estate career with PM Realty Group in 2001, holding multiple senior management positions spanning leasing, operations, and asset management. As a key executive, he was responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s property listing portfolio and leading business development, management and leasing platforms, and the asset management team.

Throughout his career, Wade has negotiated numerous large-scale lease transactions exceeding 100,000 square feet for major companies including Shell Oil Company, Jacobs Engineering, EPCO, ConocoPhillips, BP Amoco, Litton Loan Servicing, Burlington Resources, CAL-Dive, Sasol, NRG, and STM Mortgage, among others. He has personally averaged more than 60 lease transactions per year over the course of his career.

Wade has been consistently recognized as a CoStar “Power Broker” and has been named one of Houston’s “Heavy Hitters” by the Houston Business Journal since the program’s inception.
