While starting his career in a pandemic, Stuart proved resilience and ambition by succesfully closing over $120,000,000 worth of industrial and land transactions within his first 5 years.

A native Houstonian, Stuart has always been fascinated by what the distribution and manufacturing sectors of commercial real estate mean to Houston. With 2 seaports, 2 airports, and over 800 miles of rail tracks... the world of Houston never stops moving, and neither does he. That is why Stuart specializes in industrial and land brokerage, guiding clients through buying, leasing, selling, and ground-up developments.

Stuart thrives on not only smooth transitions, but the tough, stressful, and complicated ones as well. He is known for his down-to-earth demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and how to maximize value while building the long-lasting relationship. Stuart often says his favorite word from prospective clients is "no," because he's one step closer to the next "yes."

Before joining Lee & Associates, Stuart sharpened his skills with Cushman & Wakefield and Northwestern Mutual, while earning his BBA in Finance from St. Edward's University. Outside of work, you'll usually find him on a boat, in a deer blind, or out on the golf course.
