Clint Hankla is a Senior Director at Lee & Associates - Houston. He joined Lee from Partners having a growing track record of loyalty to his clients and company. Clint specializes in industrial brokerage in North, Far North, Northwest, and West Houston. He has a passion to work with property owners,
investors, developers and companies to achieve their respective goals.

Amongst his peers and clients he is known to be driven, creative and sincere. Clint has come to enjoy working and closing transactions that are challenging and multi-dimensional; whether simple or difficult, Clint operates with a high level of urgency and anticipates the entire process of the transaction. To him preparation is key. Most of his assignments are years long ongoing developments and programs. Clint is passionate about self-improvement, his peers, his family and living simply.

Clint is a native Houstonian. He graduated in 2009 from Texas A&M University. During his free time, Clint enjoys time with his three sons, Garrett, Ellis, and Caleb and is usually training for a marathon by pushing the boys in the jogger or being pulled by his Weimaraner Pearl.
