Jasmine is a Junior Research Analyst at Lee & Associates – Houston, where she is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and auditing commercial real estate economic data. Her work includes maintaining detailed information on properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and ownership.

Jasmine joined Lee & Associates in July 2025 as a Research Intern and was promoted to Junior Research Analyst in December 2025.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baylor University with a BBA in Management Information Systems and Marketing, along with a Minor in Film & Digital Media.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Jasmine gained valuable experience as a Marketing Intern at the Baylor Career Center and as an Influencer Marketing Intern at BAZZAAL. Her blend of analytical ability, marketing insight, and strong attention to detail supports the research team’s commitment to delivering high-quality market intelligence.
