A born and raised Houstonian, Max contributes vast local market knowledge to the team and is passionate about transforming raw data into strategic insights. Industriously contributing to the creation of market reports and assisting in the development of CRE databases within the research department, he excels in helping brokers prepare for property tours and client meetings by offering extensive market data that enhances their decision-making.

Prior to Lee & Associates, Max honed his expertise as a leasing agent at Capstone Real Estate Investments and an agent assistant at Rusk County Realty. His diverse background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of real estate practices and market dynamics.
