Michael Beltran brings extensive management experience and a diverse educational background to his role as Assistant Property Manager at Lee Management Services, a division of Lee & Associates - Houston. Prior to joining, he honed his skills in various capacities, serving as a Fence Builder, Welder, Construction Manager, and Sales Representative at Bel Fence from 2008 to 2024.

Furthermore, Michael gained valuable experience at CORE MG, a Property Management sister company to Adkisson Group Development, where he excelled as an Assistant Property Manager from 2022 to 2023, showcasing his commitment to excellence in property management. His earlier roles at Bel Fence as a Construction Manager and at CORE MG further enriched his skill set and industry knowledge.

While attending Texas A&M and Prairie View A&M University for Architectural Design from 2015-2020, Michael acquired valuable skills and knowledge applicable to his role in property management.
