Nathan Krueger is a Research Analyst at Lee & Associates – Houston. He joined the firm in September 2024 as a Junior Research Analyst and quickly advanced by supporting the industrial and office brokerage teams with comprehensive data collection, analysis, and market reporting. He plays a key role in managing the firm’s proprietary research database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and the timely delivery of essential market insights used by brokers and clients across the Houston region.

Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M University, where he developed a strong foundation in demography, research methodology, and statistical analysis. Currently, he is enrolled at the University of Colorado-Boulder pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science, strengthening mathematical and analytical skills as well as his ability to navigate complex workflows.
