Troy Collins serves as a Director at Lee & Associates – Houston. In addition to his role at Lee & Associates, Troy is the Founder of Collins Realty Group, which he launched in 2011. Prior to founding Collins Realty Group, Troy was the Managing Principal of the Houston Division for Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. Before his time with Holt Lunsford, Troy spent seven years as Vice President and Director of Yancey-Hausman’s Industrial Division. He began his commercial real estate career in 1995 with Moody Rambin Interests.

Troy’s experience, integrity, enthusiasm, and passion for commercial real estate earned him top recognition as one of “Houston’s Heavy Hitters,” a featured article published by the Houston Business Journal recognizing Houston’s leading commercial real estate brokers. He is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Troy is a Native Houstonian and serves his community through First Presbyterian Church. He and his wife have two amazing sons.
