Lee & Associates on Monday opened an office in Bellevue under a new partnership with another commercial real estate company, AGM Inc. The move boosts Lee's roster to more than 35 members in three offices.

For Jim Bowles, Lee's president of Northwest operations, and AGM cofounder Troy Gessel, it's a reunion. Bowles hired Gessel 33 years ago when he built Northwest operations for Colliers International. Troy and Elizabeth Gessel launched AGM 10 years later.

Bowles said it's not a merger. Instead, Lee brought AGM's brokerage team onboard. The newly combined office will operate as Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in AGM's office at 2100 124th Ave. NE, off of state Route 520 at Northup Way.
