Operating as a self-service car wash since the late 1960s, this property has remained under the same family ownership for decades, becoming a recognizable and well-loved fixture in the community. The transaction drew strong interest from multiple potential investors.

At the present time, the buyers intend to preserve the property’s current use, ensuring the car wash will remain a part of the neighborhood for the foreseeable future. Lee & Associates Senior Vice President Jeff Tillman represented the Seller, the local family who owned and operated the car wash for multiple generations.
