The 24,131 SF building, situated in the heart of downtown Tacoma, sold for $3,250,000, or $134.68 per square foot. The buyer, Washington Trust Bank intends to occupy a portion of the property and lease the balance, bringing new activity and tenancy to the downtown Tacoma market.

Lee & Associates Principals Tom Brown and Kyle Prosser collaborated with Carl Guenzel of Keimle Hagood’s Spokane office, where the buyer is headquartered, to complete the transaction. The property is located in central downtown Tacoma at 11th Street and Broadway Avenue. The building is situated near shops, restaurants, and the Pacific Avenue corridor.
