Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest is pleased to announce the promotion of Sara Bago to Associate Vice President. Formerly an Associate with the firm, Sara has played a key role in the continued growth of Lee & Associates’ Multifamily group since joining the company in 2024.

Sara specializes in advisory services and the sale of multifamily properties throughout the Puget Sound. She has earned a strong reputation for delivering consistent value to clients through deep market insight, strategic negotiation, and a commitment to building long-term relationships.

Sara brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, including roles at CBRE and extensive work underwriting multifamily loans for both regional and nationwide lenders. Her background also includes personal multifamily ownership, giving her a practical, investor‑minded perspective that informs her advisory approach. She earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington, credentials that strengthen her analytical foundation and ability to navigate complex real estate challenges on behalf of her clients.
