Since joining the firm in 2024 as an Associate, Scott has played a key role in the continued growth of Lee & Associates’ industrial services. Specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial and flex properties throughout the Puget Sound region, he is known for delivering consistent value through deep market knowledge, strategic negotiation, and a strong focus on long-term client relationships.

Over the past two years, Scott has completed more than 300,000 square feet of industrial transactions, totaling over $20 million in deal value. His client base ranges from private owners and tenants to institutional investors and national occupiers.

Scott earned his degree in Urban & Regional Development from the University of Arizona, and his diverse background brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to deals of all sizes and complexities.
