While finishing his Senior year in college, Coltrane spent most of 2024 working as an Affordable Housing intern with Lee & Associates in their Bellevue office. In that capacity, he has been assisting Lee & Associates’ affordable housing and investment team of Nate Kiger and Scott Bendorf, as they operate their brokerage and investment sales business. Together as a team, they are focused primarily on finding, listing, marketing and selling Affordable and LIHTC multifamily properties on a national scale.

Coltrane is a part of Lee & Associates’ National Affordable & Senior Housing team, assisting owners and developers nationwide as they buy, sell and explore the financing of Section 8, LIHTC, USDA, and NOAH properties.

As a Seattle native and recent college graduate, Coltrane studied Real Estate at the University of Washington’s Runstad School for Real Estate. A lifelong athlete, he went undefeated in tennis across all four years of high school and brings the same competitive mindset and discipline to his work in real estate.
