Formerly a Senior Vice President with the firm, Andrew has played a pivotal role in the continued growth of Lee & Associates’ industrial services group since joining the company in 2018.

With a strong background in tenant and landlord representation, Andrew specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial and flex properties across the Puget Sound region. He has developed a reputation for delivering consistent value to clients through market insight, strategic negotiation, and a commitment to long-term relationship building.

Over the past seven years, Andrew has completed transactions totaling more than $350 million in consideration, representing a range of clients from private owners and tenants to institutional investors and national occupiers. He has become a trusted advisor in key submarkets including the Kent Valley, South through Sumner and Fife and throughout Pierce County.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Andrew worked at Perkins Coie and earned his degree from the University of Montana. His diverse background gives him a unique perspective that strengthens both his client relationships and his approach to solving complex real estate challenges.
