Aaron Mathieu is a Principal at Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest who specializes in investment sales and leasing in the Puget Sound market. Focusing on the sales and leasing of retail, industrial and multi-family properties, Aaron has close to 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has represented a portfolio of over 3 million square feet of property in over $500 million worth of transaction. In addition to his commercial real estate brokerage business, Aaron also owns a portfolio worth over $30 million of retail and multi-family properties that he oversees for investors. This background as well as a 8 year banker career gives Aaron a unique skill set that he is able to use to provide exceptional service to his clients.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Aaron spent over 10 years at AGM Real Estate Group a fully integrated commercial real estate management and brokerage company.

Aaron currently resides in West Seattle with his wife Katie, daughter Stella, son Bennett and mini golden doodle Gus.
