Chester March is an emerging commercial real estate professional with a strong foundation in business, entrepreneurship, and investment analysis. As an Associate with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Chester brings a disciplined, analytical approach to real estate, supported by academic excellence and a growing  technical skill set.

Chester earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Oregon University, completing the program in three years with a 3.8 GPA. He is a licensed Washington State Real Estate Broker and is currently pursuing a Real Estate Financial Modeling Certificate, with a focus on underwriting, valuation, and investment analysis.

With a strong interest in commercial investment real estate, Chester is focused on developing market knowledge, financial analysis expertise, and client service skills to support investors in making informed decisions. He is committed to professionalism, responsiveness, and building long-term relationships within the brokerage community.
