Chris Peterson brings a record of accomplishment in successfully completed commercial real estate transactions across many disciplines. Over the past 12+ years, Chris has successfully completed nearly half a billion dollars in transaction volume with specialized focus on Industrial Leasing and Sales, Investment Sales, and Development.

Chris received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2015, which is a designation for recognizing an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Additionally, Chris received his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2020, which is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.

Another strength that Chris brings is being part of the millennial generation. In an industry, which is generally “older,” Chris is able to view the world through a less viewed lens and bring a new set of ideas along with him. In addition, tracking the investment market, providing financial modeling, interpretation of financial impact and identifying areas of value creation on critical property level issues are some of Chris’s strong skills brought to the team.

Prior to forming Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Chris spent 8 years working in many areas of focus, including, commercial leasing, sales, commercial development opportunities, investment analysis, and disposition/acquisition strategy.
