Specializing in Investment Sales & Leasing

Chris Reid joined Lee & Associates in February 2022 with over 30 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Chris has been involved in all aspects of selling and leasing office buildings as well as representing office tenants in their search for office and high-tech space throughout his long career. More recently, Chris also represented both property owners and developers sell or buy office and/or multifamily development sites in the greater Seattle area. Chris plans on continuing to assist both corporate space occupiers and developers create long term real estate strategies by utilizing Lee & Associates’ full range of services.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Chris spent 30+ years at Colliers, where he successfully closed more than 750 lease transactions and 50 sales transactions, representing property owners and tenants. He was awarded the Colliers Puget Sound Annual Top 10 Performer on 10 occasions. He also received national recognition from Colliers through the Awards of Excellence designation on three separate occasions.

Throughout his career, Chris has represented several extremely successful local and national companies from the financial services industry to software, real estate and healthcare industries, with a particular focus on representing regional corporations with growth in the greater Pacific Northwest. Some of these tenants include Merrill Lynch, HNTB, Coldwell Banker Bain, UW Physicians, Coinstar, Singlepoint Technologies, American Pacific Mortgage and Thira Health. In the earlier stages of his career, Chris also represented some of the largest institutional owners in the region with their properties including The Principal, Wright Runstad & Company and Equity Office.
