Cole began his career at Soreano’s Plumbing, a family operated company in South Seattle, where he developed hands-on experience and knowledge of construction as well as business operations and management. Cole joined Lee & Associates in 2026, teaming with area experts in the leasing and sales of commercial properties in the tri-county area. He graduated from Washington State University in 2021 with a BA in Finance.

In his spare time, Cole enjoys getting outside whenever he can, whether that means hiking to the top of a mountain, camping by a river, skiing, or playing just about any sport. If he’s not outdoors, you’ll likely find him watching a Seattle sports team on TV. He also enjoys cooking and likes to spend time in the kitchen trying out new recipes.

Since 2024, Cole has completed over 100 lease and sale transactions across an array office, retail, and industrial properties. His experience includes both listing and tenant/ buyer representation, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of the commercial real estate market and client needs.
