Mason joined Lee & Associates in 2018 and is a pivotal member of the Northwest Logistics Advisors team, specializing in Industrial Real Estate. With a decade of sales and management experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and food service industries, Mason brings a comprehensive approach to addressing land acquisition, site development, and operational efficiency.

Mason's success is founded on long-term relationships and a commitment to connecting ideas to outcomes, linking people to opportunities, and bridging near-term business needs with comprehensive, long-term real estate solutions. At 17, Mason became one of the youngest individuals in Washington State history to complete the Brokerage Training Courses, demonstrating an early passion and commitment to commercial real estate. His decision to pursue this field full-time fulfills a long-term personal goal.

A lifelong resident of Kirkland, Mason met his wife Leah in the first grade. They are parents to energetic twin toddlers and enjoy traveling to sunny destinations, spending quality time with family and friends, wine tasting, and cheering on the WSU Cougars and local Seattle sports teams.
